For Defence

Defence-native capability, proven at classification

AICAP is built by people who deliver in Defence environments. Not a commercial platform adapted for government — a Defence-native capability designed from the ground up for the constraints, classifications, and compliance requirements you work within.

Classification and Deployment

We've delivered at OFFICIAL, OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE, and SECRET classification levels across UK government. AICAP is containerised for Kubernetes deployment in air-gapped environments, sovereign cloud platforms, and commercial infrastructure.

Self-hosted LLM inference using open-weight models means sensitive data never leaves your network. When you're operating at classification, this isn't a nice-to-have — it's a requirement.

Agents in Defence

Defence is adopting autonomous agents for logistics, intelligence analysis, and decision support. Agents chain models, tools, and APIs — each with their own vulnerability surface. A jailbreak in one model can escalate through chained tool use across the entire pipeline.

AICAP is designed to trace risk through the complete agent chain, not just individual components. When a vulnerability is discovered in a base model, every agent that depends on it gets flagged automatically.

Defence Framework Alignment

AICAP is designed to map assurance evidence to Defence-specific standards:

  • JSP 936 — Dependable AI requirements for Defence
  • Def Stan 05-138 — Cyber security for Defence systems
  • Cyber Assessment Framework — NCSC's assurance approach
  • Software Security Code of Practice — DSIT's emerging standard for software supply chains

Defence systems often need to demonstrate compliance across multiple frameworks simultaneously. AICAP will generate evidence once and map it across standards, reducing duplication and audit burden.

Proven in Government

Digital Native Group has delivered technology solutions across Cabinet Office, FCDO, MOJ, and MOD. Our existing infrastructure — data pipelines, correlation engines, LLM integration, containerised deployment, and production observability — forms the technical foundation for AICAP.

AICAP isn't a concept on a slide deck. It builds on core architecture that's proven in production at multiple classification levels.
